Neighbors of all abilities are invited for a 4-week series to explore songs & instruments in connection with how music can help express & manage emotions. Participants are welcome to enjoy music-making to improve their day & connection to the community! Check locations for young children, adolescents, adults with disabilities or senior program availability, led by staff from Piedmont Music Therapy. No prior musical experience required.
